People
Experience and Skill

One of the most celebrated things about Accurate Pattern is that we train from within. Many of the people we have on staff began as shop floor help. We believe in building up our employees and team by way of continuing education and training. At Accurate Pattern, we reimburse education costs to give our employees opportunities to advance their skills whether that be in sales, CNC matching, account management, or designing.
API employs a variety of roles that require attention to detail, advanced skills in technical work, and problem-solving. We use our expert knowledge in Computer Aided Design (CAD), Geometric Dimension and Tolerancing (GD&T), Computer Numerical Control (CNC), and top-of-the-line machines and tools to create customer-specific designs and patterns to fit any need.
Company Culture

We value our relationships and that begins with our employees. As a family-owned business, we hold family as sacred and consider our Accurate Pattern team as a special kind of family. We pride ourselves on our direct, open, and honest communication within our team. It is important to us that our employees feel respected, heard and valued. When you work with Accurate Pattern, you can expect clear and frequent communication. You know where you stand with us!
Work Environment

We aspire to have the most respectful shop floor in the industry. Our shop is one where anyone, from any walk of life, can feel comfortable, safe, and respected the moment they walk through the door. At Accurate Pattern, we understand that respect goes beyond friendly interactions; any customer order we take on receives top-notch attention to detail and quality craftsmanship. We have 19,000 square feet of shop space, up-to-date and cutting-edge machinery, and continuing education and training on techniques, processes, tools, and machines to help us meet and exceed our customers’ expectations.
Community Involvement
At Accurate Pattern, we understand that our purpose is to serve others and that includes betterment of the community. We believe that business can be a driving force in the work for social change and the betterment of the community we serve. We support our community resources, businesses, and nonprofits that align with our core values. Currently, we are supporting the Sojourner Truth House which is the largest nonprofit provider of domestic violence prevention and intervention services in Wisconsin. Their focus on integrity, honesty, and respect align with values within ourselves and our company.
